Lisa Torquato graduated from Samford University with an MSW in Clinical Social Work. She has worked with various populations, including those who struggle with severe mental health diagnoses and face the challenges of addiction and/or trauma. Lisa has experience serving as an agent of support and guidance for individuals, couples, families, and groups. As an adoptee herself, Lisa is particularly passionate about working with members of the adoption triad, foster parents, and foster children. When she is not working as a clinical social worker, Lisa enjoys reading, spoiling her two
nieces, competing in cappuccino-making contests, and snuggling with her rescue dog, Zuzu.
