Alice Yen, LPC

Service Description

Alice Yen, LPC received her Master’s degrees in Advertising at Boston University in 2001 and Counseling at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in 2006. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Pennsylvania and has a dual role within ChoiceOne as she is the Client Services Director and also oversees the CO2 Counseling team. Alice supervises all graduate student interns and Master's associates. She also takes the time to speak with every new client to ensure that she is paired with the best counselor on the team for her therapeutic needs. Alice believes all women are created with a purpose although many times finding out what that purpose is can get lost in the chaos. Alice is passionate about helping women work through the ‘chaos’ to bring meaning and joy back into their life. Aside from being a busy wife and mom of three active kids, Alice is a Ph.D. student at Liberty University studying Psychology-Theology. She is a member of Psi Chi, International Honor Society in Psychology and Omega Nu Lambda, National Honor Society for Online Students.

Cancellation Policy

All payments must be made and processed within 24 hours or by 4pm the following Monday if scheduled on a Friday. Please know your appointment may be cancelled if payment is not received within the prescribed time. Any no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in a late cancellation fee, which is equal to the full amount of your counseling session.
